Illyasha “Illy” Peete, MBA, is the Principal and CEO of Catalyze and Cultivate Consulting, LLC (Triple C), a Black woman-led, Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBENC). With over 26 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and organizational transformation, Illyasha has made it her mission to champion equity and access in every facet of her work. She holds advanced certifications, including Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University, a Harvard Nonprofit Leadership credential, and an MBA in Global Management from Ashford University.

As a certified facilitator of the Extraordinary Teams Inventory (ETI), Illyasha helps organizations assess team dynamics and cultivate high-performing, purpose-driven teams. Through this work, she equips leaders with actionable strategies to foster Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Leadership (B-IDEAL), ensuring teams achieve meaningful and sustainable success.

Illyasha is also a Chief Member at Chief, part of a powerful network of women leaders who support each other to become better leaders together. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for AFP Silicon Valley, contributing her expertise to advance ethical and effective fundraising practices across the region.
